(1)  On lines 5 and 6, strike Subsection (a) and reletter subsequent subsections and cross-references to those subsections accordingly.

(2)  On line 19, following the underlined semicolon, insert "and".

(3)  On line 21, strike "; and" and substitute an underlined period.

(4)  Strike lines 22 and 23.
