Amend HB 1294 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 6, strike "Subsection (e)" and substitute "Subsections (e) and (f)".
(2) On page 4, lines 23-25, strike "identification of each written contract, including the name of each party to the contract" and substitute "affirmative acknowledgement of the existence of one or more contracts".
(3) On page 5, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following:
(f) An individual who has acknowledged the existence of contracts described by Subsection (b)(15) shall, on the request of the commission, furnish to the commission a detailed description of such contracts. The commission may request the description from an individual only after the commission receives a request for the information from another person.
