Amend Amendment No. 2 by P. King to CSHB 1690 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike Items 1 and 2 of the amendment (page 1, lines 3-6) and substitute the following:

(1)  On page 4, line 16, strike "that office" and substitute "the term of that office during which the offense was committed".

(2)  In Item 3 of the amendment (page 1, line 7), strike "(3)" and substitute "(2)".
