Amend CSHB 1743 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1 of the bill, strike lines 22-23 and substitute the following:

(2) On page 3 of the bill, strike lines 3-4 and substitute the following:

Sec. 402.011. PAYMENT FOR TRAVEL SERVICES WITH CREDIT OR CHARGE CARD. The attorney general by rule shall develop and implement a policy that encourages participation in a program administered by the comptroller relating to the use of a credit or charge card to pay for travel expenses.
