Amend HB 2499 (house committee report) on page 1 as follows:

(1)  On lines 7 and 8, strike "IN CERTAIN COUNTIES".

(2)  On line 8, strike "A" and substitute "In any manner permitted by the county in which the bond is written, a".

(3)  On line 10, strike "2016" and substitute "2015".
