(1)  On page 1, line 10, strike "simultaneously".

(3)  On page 3, line 18, strike "evidence" and substitute "an attestation".

(4)  On page 4, strike lines 19-24 and reletter the subsequent subsections accordingly.

(5)  On page 5, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumber SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  Section 16.0265, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, as added by this Act, applies only to a cotenant heir who acquires an undivided ownership interest in real property on the death of a person who dies on or after September 1, 2015.
