Amend CSHB 2632 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 4, line 17, and substitute "Subsections (e-1), (e-2), and (e-3) to read as follows:".

(2)  On page 6, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following:

(e-3)  A county may retain a civil penalty collected under this section.
