Amend CSHB 2632 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 6, line 5, strike "offense" and substitute "violation of this section [offense]".

(2)  On page 6, line 19, strike "an offense under" and substitute "a violation of [an offense under]".

(3)  On page 12, line 11, strike "DATE" and substitute "DATA [DATE]".
