Amend HB 2644 (introduced version) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 20-21, strike "on the website of the county [in a newspaper in the county once a week for three consecutive weeks]." and substitute "in a newspaper in the county once a week for three consecutive weeks and on the website of the county.".

(2)  On page 1, lines 22-23, strike "[newspaper is published in the county]" and substitute "or no newspaper is published in the county".
