Amend HB 2665 on third reading as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 22, between "court" and "has found", insert "or other state agency".

(2)  On page 4, line 4, strike "must" and substitute "shall".

(3)  On page 4, line 24, between "court" and "has found", insert "or other state agency".
