Amend HB 2684 on third reading as follows:
(1) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 1701.262(a), Occupations Code (page 1, lines 21-23), strike Subdivision (2) and renumber subsequent subdivisions accordingly.
(2) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 1701.262(c), Occupations Code (page 2, lines 22-25), strike Subdivisions (4), (5), and (6) and substitute the following:
(4) the mental and behavioral health needs of children with disabilities or special needs; and
(5) mental health crisis intervention.
