Amend CSHB 3316 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 8, strike "(a)".

(2)  On page 1, line 15, between "located" and the period, insert "not later than the 30th day after the date the instrument is filed for recording".

(3)  On page 1, strike lines 16 through 21.
