Amend HB 3538 on third reading as follows:

(1)  On page 8, line 27, between "Family Code," and "is amended", insert "as amended by SB 219, Acts of the 84th Legislature, Regular Session, 2015,".

(2)  On page 9, lines 23 and 24, strike "bureau of vital statistics" and substitute "vital statistics unit".
