Amend HB 3787 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, lines 9-10, strike "Notwithstanding Section 16.070, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, a" and substitute "A".
(2) Strike page 1, line 24, through page 2, line 4.
(3) Redesignate subsections accordingly.
