(1) On page 1, line 12, strike "greater than one million" and substitute "2.2 million or more and adjacent to a county with a population of more than 600,000".
(2) On page 1, line 13, between "county" and "has", insert "in which the public junior college is located".
(3) On page 1, line 21, between "county" and "or", insert "in which the public junior college is located".
(4) On page 1, line 23, between "county" and "that", insert "in which the public junior college is located".
(5) On page 2, line 5, between "county" and "and", insert "in which the public junior college is located".
