Amend CSHB 3994 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 6, strike "(i-3), (l-1), and (l-2)" and substitute "and (i-3)".

(2)  Strike page 6, line 21, through page 7, line 8.

(3)  On page 9, strike lines 19-22.
