Amend CSHB 3994 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) On page 4, line 6, between "issue" and "to", insert "to the minor or the minor's attorney and".

(2) On page 7, line 22, between "issue" and "to", insert "to the minor or the minor's attorney and".
