Amend CSHB 4069 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 7, line 6, strike "who receives a grade of incomplete".
(2) On page 7, line 9, replace "payment of" with "incurring".
(3) On page 7, line 9, insert "for hours already completed" between "tuition" and the period.
