The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HR 4 (adopting the permanent rules of the house), in Rule 4, Section 32(c), as follows:
(1) On page 74, lines 5-6, immediately before each of the words "creates", "increases", and "changes", insert "expressly".
(2) On page 74, lines 8-9, strike ", and, if so, indicating the general effect of the bill or resolution on the offense, punishment, or eligibility".
