Amend HR 4 on page 93, lines 22-25, by striking the text and substituting the following: "chamber while the house is in session. Smoking is not permitted in any space under the control of the house [the member's lounge or bathrooms. The Committee on House Administration shall designate an area for smoking that is easily accessible to the house chamber].".
