System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HR 4 as follows:
(1) On page 30, line 27, strike "and" and substitute "[and]".
(2) Between page 30, line 27, and page 31, line 1, insert the following:
(9) the coordination of this state's efforts related to the federal designation of threatened and endangered species; and
(3) On page 31, line 1, strike "(9)" and substitute "(10)".
