Amend CSSB 11 (senate committee report), in SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section 411.2031, Government Code, as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 55 to 56, strike "premises that are owned or leased and operated by the institution and located on" and;

(2)  On page 1, line 56, between "institution" and ".", insert ", any grounds or building on which an activity sponsored by the institution is being conducted, or a passenger transportation vehicle owned by the institution".
