Amend CSSB 11 (senate committee report) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 411.2031, Government Code (page 2, between lines 9 and 10), by inserting the following:
(h) This section does not permit a person to possess a concealed handgun, or go with a concealed handgun, on a premises or other place on which a person or license holder is prohibited from carrying a handgun under Section 46.03 or 46.035, Penal Code, and that is located on the campus of an institution of higher education or private or independent institution of higher education.
