Amend CSSB 11 (committee printing version) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  The cost of implementing the provisions of Chapter 411, Government Code, as amended by this Act, including the costs of posting the notice described by Section 30.06, Penal Code, and of any additional training, security, or insurance coverage that are deemed necessary to implement this Act by an institution of higher education, shall be borne by the state and not by the institution.
