Amend CSSB 11 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 411.2031(c), Government Code (page 1, line 40), strike "or (e)".

(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike added Section 411.2031(e), Government Code (page 1, lines 51-56), and reletter subsequent subsections accordingly.

(3)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in amended Section 411.208(a), Government Code (page 2, line 31), strike "that has not adopted rules under Section 411.2031(e)".

(4)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in amended Section 411.208(a), Government Code (page 2, lines 33-34), strike "that has not adopted rules under Section 411.2031(e)".

(5)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in amended Section 411.208(b), Government Code (page 2, lines 45-46), strike "that has not adopted rules under Section 411.2031(e)".
