Amend CSSB 20 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 10 of the bill, in proposed Section 2155.5035(a)(1), Government Code (page 3, line 65), strike "shall" and substitute "may".

(2)  In SECTION 16 of the bill, in proposed Section 2261.251, Government Code (page 5, line 26), between "this subchapter applies to" and "an", insert "the Texas Department of Transportation and to".
