Amend CSSB 28 (senate committee printing) as follows:
(1) In the recital to SECTION 2 of the bill (page 1, line 30), strike "and (d-1)" and substitute "(d-1), and (f)".
(2) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 38.0151, Education Code (page 2, between lines 5 and 6), insert the following:
(f) If a school district or open-enrollment charter school maintains a supply of epinephrine auto-injectors as provided by Subsection (b-1), the district or school shall provide written notice to a parent or guardian of each student enrolled in the district or school. Notice required under this subsection must be provided before the district or school obtains a supply of epinephrine auto-injectors and before the start of each school year.
