Amend CSSB 97 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) Strike page 9, line 17 through page 10, line 16.
(2) On page 17, line 3, strike "in this state".
(3) Strike page 21, line 24 through page 22, line 23.
(4) On page 22, lines 25-26, strike "and Section 48.01, Penal Code, as amended by this Act,".
(5) Renumber SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
