Amend SB 149 on third reading as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in the recital, strike "Sections 28.0258, 28.02581, and 28.0259" and substitute "Sections 28.0258 and 28.0259".

(2)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, strike added Section 28.02581.
