Amend SB 197, (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 102.005(a), Health and Safety Code (Committee Printing page 1, line 27), between "funding" and the period insert "with the exception of patent royalties and license revenues realized as a result of projects undertaken with money awarded under Subchapter E".
