Amend SB 200 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately number SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____ Section 2.15 takes effect on January 1, 2017, or no later than March 31, 2017, pursuant to instructions given in the Amended Rider: Transition of the NorthSTAR Behavioral Health Services Model, HB 1 (conference committee report).
