Please amend CSSB 204 by adding the following new section to the bill and renumbering the other sections appropriately:

SECTION ____.  Sec.____.  DEPARTMENT OF AGING AND DISABILITY SERVICES. Notwithstanding another provision of this Act, the department retains the authority to direct, manage, amend, or nullify any provision relating to the organization, powers, regulation, and management of the department, any office created by the department, or the management or direction of any advisory committees created under this Act.
