Amend CSSB 538 as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 418.031(a)(1), Government Code (Committee printing page 1, line 36), strike "or" and substitute "and".

(2)  In SECTION 7 of the bill, in added Section 81.0891(a)(1)(A), Health and Safety Code (Committee printing page 4, line 34), strike "or" and substitute "and".
