Amend Amendment No. 1 by Isaac to CSSB 633 as follows:

(1)  On page 12, line 26, strike "lines 8 through 16," and substitute "line 16".

(2)  Strike page 12, line 28 through page 13, line 2 and substitute the following:

SECTION ____.  Sections 5A(a-1), (a-2), (b), (b-1), (c), (d), (d-1), (e), (f), (i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (p), (v), (w), and (y), Chapter 1507 (SB 456), Acts of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999 (Article 5190.14, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), are amended to read as follows:

(3)  On page 14, strike lines 6 through 9.
