Amend CSSB 669 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 11.401(g), Education Code (page 2, lines 3-4), between "Section 12.101, that" and "has demonstrated", strike "holds a charter granted under Chapter 12 and".
