Amend SB 709 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 5, line 4, strike "[and]" and substitute "and".

(2)  On page 5, line 6, strike "; and" and substitute ", unless the executive director has revised or reversed that position."

(3)  On page 5, strike lines 7 and 8.
