Amend CSSB 714 (senate committee report) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 8 of the bill (page 3, lines 14-16), strike "Chapter 782, Health and Safety Code, as amended by S.B. No. 219, Acts of the 84th Legislature, Regular Session, 2015; (3)".
(2) In SECTION 8 of the bill (page 3, line 18), strike "(4)" and substitute "(3)".
