Amend SB 735 (house committee report) on page 1, lines 16 and 17 by striking "claimant has demonstrated a substantial likelihood of success on" and substitute "evidence presented in support of the motion rises to a level that would enable reasonable and fair-minded people to differ in their conclusions as to".
