Amend CSSB 760 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In the recital to SECTION 1 of the bill, amending Section 533.005(a), Government Code (page 1, line 24), between "Code," and "is", insert "as amended by S.B. 219, Acts of the 84th Legislature, Regular Session, 2015,".

(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 533.005(a)(23)(A), Government Code (page 4, line 38), strike "the Medicaid program" and substitute "Medicaid".
