Amend SB 1049 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 171.0005(c)(2), Tax Code (page 2, line 7), strike "September 1, 2015" and substitute "January 1, 2016".

(2) In SECTION 7 of the bill (page 2, line 55), strike "September 1, 2015" and substitute "January 1, 2016".
