Amend CSSB 1139 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) Strike page 7, line 4, through page 11, line 4.
(2) On page 11, line 5, strike "(e)" and substitute "SECTION 2.02."
(3) On page 11, line 24, strike "Kendall,".
(4) Strike page 12, line 8, through page 13, line 1.
(5) Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
