Amend SB 1228 (senate committee report) as follows:
In SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, line 27), in amended Section 5.05, Alcoholic Beverage Code, insert the following:
(a-2) The commission shall establish an agency policy requiring employees to disclose information regarding the child(ren)'s employment by a holder of a license or permit issued under this code.
