Amend CSSB 1367 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 2, line 1, strike "and, not later than 5 p.m. of the" and substitute an underlined period.
(2) On page 2, strike lines 2 through 12.
(3) On page 2, line 15, strike "and is deposited in the mail".
