Amend CSSB 1812 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 2206.155(b), Government Code (page 2, line 66), between "Subsection (a)" and "is liable", insert "and, as certified by the comptroller under Subsection (d), does not make the report required by Subsection (d)".

(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 2206.155(c), Government Code (page 3, lines 1-3), strike "that the entity has violated that subsection and is liable for the civil penalty imposed by Subsection (b)" and substitute "informing the entity that:

(2)  the entity will be subject to the penalty imposed by this section and the entity's authority to exercise the power of eminent domain will expire if the entity does not report the information required by this subchapter on or before the 30th day after the date the notice is provided".
