Amend SB 1828 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, line 18, between "is" and "less", insert "$1,500 or more but".
(2) On page 2, line 27, strike "Subsection (c)" and substitute "Subsections (c) and (g)".
(3) On page 3, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following:
(g) It is an exception to the application of this section that the total value of the cargo involved in the activity is less than $1,500.
