Amend CSSB 1882 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 1151.351, Estates Code (page 3, lines 3 through 8) by striking added Subsections (c) and (d) and relettering subsequent subsections of Section 1151.351, Estates Code, accordingly.
