Amend SB 2057 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1.01 of the bill, in added Section 7955.106(e), Special District Local Laws Code (page 3, line 20), strike "The board" and substitute "Subject to consent of a city described by Section 7955.004 and in accordance with Section 7955.105, the board".

(2)  In SECTION 1.02 of the bill, in added Section 7956.106(e), Special District Local Laws Code (page 6, line 14), strike "The board" and substitute "Subject to consent of a city described by Section 7956.004 and in accordance with Section 7956.105, the board".
