Amend CSSJR 5 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 13, strike "7-c(a)" and substitute "7-c".

(2)  On page 2, strike lines 15-16, and reletter the subsections of the temporary provision accordingly.

(3)  On page 2, line 19, strike "November 3, 2015" and substitute "November 8, 2016".
