Amend Section 1 of CSSJR 5 as follows:
On page 1, strike lines 38 through 41 and replace with the following:
(A) fifty percent to the credit of the state highway fund;
(B) thirty percent to the credit of the general revenue fund; and,
(c) twenty percent to the Available School Fund.
