Amend CSSJR 5 (senate committee printing) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 1 of the resolution, in added Section 7-c(b)(1), Article VIII, Texas Constitution (page 1, line 45), strike "or".
(2) In SECTION 1 of the resolution, in added Section 7-c(b)(2), Article VIII, Texas Constitution (page 1, line 48), between "constitution" and the period, insert the following:

(3) provide increased transportation funding to school districts
